Our Process
Phase 1
Discovery & Foundations
Every project starts with understanding — your story, your goals, and how you want to live in your space. During this phase, we take the time to learn about your needs and priorities while you get to know how we work. Together, we lay a strong foundation for a design that’s both personal and purposeful.
Phase 2
Design Development
This is where your vision starts to take shape. We explore layout options, source materials and furnishings, and collaborate with trusted trades and contractors to ensure every detail is thoughtfully considered. By the end of this phase, you’ll have a clear, cohesive design plan — and the confidence to move forward.
Phase 3
Preparation & Procurement
Once the design is finalized, we handle the details that turn ideas into reality. From ordering products and materials to coordinating with architects, engineers, and contractors, we work behind the scenes to set your project up for success — so construction can unfold as smoothly as possible.
Phase 4
Execution & Completion
This is where the vision comes to life. We stay closely involved throughout construction, managing site visits, answering questions, and ensuring the design is carried through with care. Once the build is complete, we add the final layer — installing art, furnishings, and finishing touches that make your space truly feel like home.
Pricing
Discovery Call: Complimentary
In-home Consultation: $500 flat fee
Design Services: $5,000 minimum design fee - Fee quoted after consultation, pricing varies based on project requirements.
Purchasing & Implementation: 20% fee of total goods purchased
Project Management: Priced hourly at $150/hr to include weekly site visits ($1,200 minimum)
